- Leveraging SOC2 Compliant Platforms: Our operations harness the power of the OpenAI API, Vercel, and Google Cloud Platform, all of which are SOC2 compliant. This integration ensures that your data is handled with the highest security standards.
- Direct Upload to Isolated Sandboxes: User data is uploaded directly into a unique, isolated sandbox environment on Google Cloud Platform. This ensures the complete segregation of user data from client data and utilizes unique and secure, immutable URLs for file uploads and serving.
- Sandbox Sessions: Each new conversation that involves a file upload initiates a unique sandbox session on Google Cloud Platform. Sessions are designed to last for 15 minutes, and this duration is extended based on user activity. Inactivity beyond this period leads to the automatic destruction of the sandbox and all its contents, adhering to the principle of no unnecessary data retention.
- Data Privacy: All uploaded file data is erased after each session, ensuring that no information is stored longer than necessary.
